We are located at 230 South Main Street in Longmont, across the street from McDonald's PlayPlace. We are at the junction of Colo. Hwy 119 (Ken Pratt Blvd) and Rt 287 (Main St.), on the East Side of Main St. and North of Hwy 119.

From I-25, take Hwy 119 (exit 240) into Longmont. Turn right on Main St., and the hospital is the first building on the right.

From the North, drive south on US Hwy 287 (which turns into Main St.) and follow it to the south end of Longmont. The hospital will be on your left side, just before Hwy 119.

From Boulder or Niwot, take the diagonal highway (Hwy 119) to Main St. and turn north. The hospital will be the first building on the right.
